The Journey from Methodist Church to Museum

We are pleased to announce the opening or our new exhibit on the history of the Albright Building The Journey from MethodistChurch to Museum. This new exhibit celebrates the building’s 151 years in our community. Did you know it was a Methodist Church, a school, an art gallery, home of the DuPage Art League and the Albright Theater Group before it became the Museum  and Art Gallery you know it as today. The story of this Greek Revival building is told through art work, scrapbooks, a slide presentation and displays of artifacts from its various uses. Free souvenirs from the Albright Years will be given to all visitors during the month of April.
