“15th Thursday  cloudy bad hay weather  I did my choars was at the office all day came home at 8 & went to bed at 9 ½ nearly sick & worne out.

“16th Friday  A cloudy showerey bad hay day  I did my choars was at the office all day & evening came home at 8 ½ and went to bed at 9 ½ nearly sick & worne out.

“17th Saturday  Showered some was a bad day  I did my choars was at the office all day came home at 8 ½ & went to bed at 9 ½ nearly sick & worne out with trouble.

“18th Sunday  a cloudy morning but rather a fine day  I did my choars was at the house all day choared round & fixed fence etc was at the office at noon & in evening came home and went to bed at 8 ½ tiard & sick  A Stone went to Danby after Emma & Eliza & got home towards night.

“19th Monday  cloudy damp weather  I did my choars was at the office all day came home at 8 ½ & went to bed at 9 ½ nearly sick.

“20th Tuesday  rather bad hay weather  I did my choars was at the office all day came home at 8 ½ & went to bed at 9 ½ nearly sick.

“21st Wednesday  rather poor hay weather  I did my choars was at the office all day came home at 8 ½ & went to bed at 9 ½ nearly sick & worne out.”
