Hiram E. Leonard Diary, November 9 - 15, 1870

9th Wednesday  some cloudy but more fine in afternoon  I did my choars was at office all day closed up at 8 and went to bed at 9 nearly sick & worne out.

10th Thursday  rather fine weather but more cool  I did my choars was at the office all day choared round etc closed up at 8 and went to bed at 9 nearly sick & worne out.

11th Friday  rather fine weather for Nov  I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 and went to bed at 9 nearly sick & worne out.

12th Saturday  fine pleasant beautiful weather  I did my choars was at office all day choaring round helped Ben Paver build corn crib etc he clean out celler etc closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick & worne out.

13th Sunday  A cloudy morning & rather a rainy day quite wet in afternoon & cool  I did my choars was at & round house all day settled with Grant etc Mrs Anesworth went to meeting came back & Mrs Stone & Nelson came here a short time & left I went to bed at about 9 nearly sick & worne out.

14th Monday  fine weather for the season  I did my choars was round the office all day a choaring round closed up at 8 ½ & went to bed at 9 tiard & nearly sick.

15th Tuesday  fine weather but cool  I did my choars was at the office all day achoaring round etc closed up at 8 ½ & went to bed at 9 tiard & nearly sick.”
