“10th Thursday fine weather for the season hot but cool I did my choars choared round some closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick.
“11th Friday A cool windy day & looked like a storm I did my choars choared round some closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 ½ tiard & nearly sick Emma Anesworth went to Naperville today or yesterday to go down to the South near Champaign County or at Urbanna where she worked once before.
“12th Saturday A cool cloudy day & looked like a storm I did my choars choared round some closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 ½ n early sick.
“13th Sunday A cold windy day, rather pleasant I did my choars, and stared for Saint Charles with T Jones Horse & carriage & my folks we got there to Doctor Coons between 11 & 12 eat dinner & started back about 3. got home about sunset did my choars & went to bed about 8 ½ pretty well chiled, Zera Jones & wife came to Ezra Jones from Batavia.
“14th Monday A fine cold day I did my choars choared round some closed up about 8 and went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick with a cold.
“15th Tuesday fine cool weather I did my choars choared round some closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick.
“16th Wednesday fine cool weather I did my choars choared round some closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick.”
