13th Thursday  fine cool dry weather for November  I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 ½ nearly sick.

14th Friday  fine cool weather for the season  I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick  Warren Barrus came here & stayed overnight.

15th Saturday  A fine pleasant day & quite warm  I did my choars choared round some closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 ½ nearly sick with a cold.

16th Sunday  A fine pleasant beautiful day for November  I did my choars was round home all day wrote some etc went to bed about 9 nearly sick  Manford came last night & preached in the Methodist Church today at eleven oclock AM.

17th Monday  fine weather for the season  I did my choars choared round some was at the office all day closed up at 9 and went to bed at 9 nearly sick & tiered out.

18th Tuesday  rather a cloudy squally day  I did my choars choared round some was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 ½ tierd & nearly sick  Jonathan F Pollard was married to the widow Balinda Stewart in Chicago.

19th Wednesday  rather a fine day for the season  I did my choars choared round some was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 ½ John Coon died this afternoon about 4 oclock after a _________ of several weeks.”
