13th Thursday  cool weather the roads rather muddy  I did my choars choared round some closed up about 8 & went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick.

14th Friday  A cool air & roads some muddy  I did my choars choared round some closed up about 8 and went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick with a cold  R B Pollard was sentenced to States Prison for 1 year 1 day.

15th Saturday  A cold raw day & rained & spit snow I did my choars choared round some closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick Dennis Connell covered up my celler drean today Mike helped him.

16th Sunday  fine cool weather for March  I did my choars choared round some closed up about 8 and went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick with a cold.

17th Monday  rather fine cool weather for March  I did my choars choared round some closed up at 8 and went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick.

18th Tuesday  rather fine but cloudy & a shower & snow squall in evening  I did my choars choared round some closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 ½ nearly sick  Mrs Emery Mathers had a child born today first child.

19th Wednesday  pretty fine for March  I did my choars choared round some closed up about 8 & went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick with a col  Caroline & Mrs Stone went to L V Resseguie at home after dark.”
