The Albright Family of Artists, Talk & Tour

  • Warrenville Historical Museum & Art Gallery 3S530 2nd Street Warrenville, IL, 60555 United States (map)

Join the Warrenville Historical Society for a special talk as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of Adam Emory Albright opening up the Albright Studio in Warrenville. His twin sons Malvin and Ivan would join him here in Warrenville and put our community on the international art map. Join us to learn about the Albright family of artists, their time in Warrenville, and how local models were used in their work.

The talk will be held at the Warrenville Historical Museum, 3S530 Second Street, Warrenville, the former home of the Albright Art Studio and Gallery, on Sunday September 29th from 3:30-4:30pm. This lecture is held annually to promote the story of Warrenville and the Albright connection. Attendees will have time to tour the museum after the presentation.
