13th Wednesday  fine weather for Dec  I did my choars choared round all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick.

14th Thrsuday  fine weather with a little snow squall  I did my choars choared round all day closed up at 8 went to bed at 9 sick.

15th Friday  fine day but snowed some at night  I did my choars choared round all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick N Sunic went to Elmhurst to see her Mother & back.

16th Saturday  A fine day with snow on the ground  I did my choars & finished bringing in my wood  closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick.

17th Sunday  rather a fine day some cloudy  I did my choars choared round some went up to the farm & fixed my stable some came home & choared some & wrote some & went to bed at 9 nearly sick  Caroline & Emma went to meeting in evening.

18th Monday  rather fine for winter  I did my choars was choaring round the office all day closed up at 8 and went to bed at 9 tiard & nearly sick.

19th Tuesday  rather fine weather for December  I did my choars Choared round the office all day closed up at 8 and went to bed at 9 nearly sick, Mrs Stafford had a son born this morning her fifth child & 3rd son.”
