“11th Thursday Fine cool dry weather & some cloudy I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 rheumatically inclined.
“12th Friday cool cloudy weather for the season I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 afflicted with the rheumatism.
“13th Saturday rather fine but some cloudy & cool towards night I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 as usual Caroline & Willa went to Naperville this afternoon & and back.
“14th Sunday rather a cloudy day with a cool wind I did my choars went to the farm a while was at the house the rest of the day & went to bed about 9 as usual.
“15th Monday rather fine weather for the season I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with the rheumatism & a cold.
“16th Tuesday fine growing weather & cloudy I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with the rheumatism & cold I took 6 of Willas sheep up to the farm today.
“17th Wednesday fine growing weather & showerey I did my choars was at the office all day cloased up at 8 and went to bed at 9 nearly sick with the rheumatism _______ ________ came this morning early.”
