“10th Thursday rather a showerey day I did my choars was at the office all day closed up about 8 ½ and went to bed about 9 ½ nearly worne out with the rheumatism George Sidwell started for Crown Point Indiana & called on Dr A W Smith.
“11th Friday Fine hot weather with some clouds & showers I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at about 8 ½ and went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick.
“12th Saturday fine growing weather some cloudy & verry hot I did my choars was at the office all day closed up about 8 ½ and went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick with the rheumatism.
“13th Sunday A warm foggy damp cloudy morning & day the sun shone out _______ times I was at home the most of the day was at the office two or three hours awriting etc went to bed about 9 afflicted with the rheumatism.
“14th Monday fine hot dry weather I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 ½ and went to bed at 9 ½ nearly sick with the rheumatism.
“15th Tuesday fine dry hot weather I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 ½ & went to bed about 9 ½ nearly sick & worne out.
“16th Wednesday fine hot dry weather with some clouds I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 ½ and went to bed about 9 ½ nearly tiered out.”
